How you earn points with Rewards and choose your free gift.

1About Rewards
1.1 Rewards (“the scheme”) is a free loyalty scheme run by London Loves Beauty (“LLB”, “we”, “us”), a trading name of LondonBeautyCompany Ltd (see Who we are). You don’t have to pay anything or buy anything extra to join.
1.2 The scheme starts on 22 October 2026. It has no fixed end date. Section 7 explains how we may change it or end it.
1.3 These terms apply alongside our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, these terms apply to Rewards.
2Who can take part
2.1 You need a London Loves Beauty customer account. You need to be signed in when you place an order to earn points.
2.2 Guest checkouts don’t earn points, and we can’t add points to an account after the order has been placed as a guest.
2.3 One account per person. Points can’t be transferred, sold or combined between accounts.
3Earning points
3.1 You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on products, after any discounts, voucher codes or store credit have been applied. Points are based on the VAT-inclusive price as charged, rounded down to the nearest whole point. Delivery charges don’t earn points.
3.2 Only orders placed on or after 22 October 2026 earn points. Orders placed before that date don’t earn points and we can’t backdate points to earlier orders.
3.3 Points show in your account as pending once your order has been paid and is being prepared. They’re confirmed when your order is dispatched. If an order hasn’t been marked as dispatched 14 days after payment, its points are confirmed automatically. Only confirmed points can be used for a gift.
3.4 Free gifts claimed through Rewards don’t earn points.
4Points don’t expire
4.1 Your points don’t expire while Rewards runs. If we end the scheme, section 7.4 applies.
4.2 Points have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money, store credit or discount codes.
5Choosing a free gift
5.1 When your confirmed balance reaches 200 points you can choose one free gift from the current Rewards gift list in your account. 200 points are deducted when you place the order the gift is added to.
5.2 Your gift ships with an order you place. When you choose a gift it’s added to your basket and sent with that order. Normal delivery rules and charges for that order apply. There’s no extra minimum spend to claim a gift, and the gift doesn’t count towards the £70 free-delivery threshold.
5.3 The gift is free: you don’t pay anything for it, and we don’t increase product prices or delivery charges because you’ve chosen a gift.
5.4 Gifts are subject to availability. The list changes as gifts come in and run out. If your chosen gift runs out before your order is placed, choose another. If your order is cancelled or payment fails before it’s dispatched, the points are returned to your balance.
5.5 Gifts are chosen by LLB. They aren’t official brand gifts, and the brands don’t sponsor or endorse Rewards. Brand names are used only to describe the products.
5.6 Gifts are free to you; international customers remain responsible for any import duties and taxes under our normal delivery terms.
5.7 Gifts can’t be exchanged for cash or another product. Your statutory rights apply to gifts as to any other item: if a gift arrives faulty or damaged, contact us.
6Corrections and adjustments to points
6.1 We may adjust or correct your points balance only in these cases:
(a) to correct a mistake, for example a technical or system error, or points added to the wrong account;
(b) when an order is refunded, returned or cancelled, in full or in part, we remove the points earned on the refunded amount. If those points have already been used for a gift, your balance may go below zero, and new points will first bring it back to zero. We won’t ask you to return the gift unless there’s been fraud or misuse;
(c) in cases of fraud or misuse of the scheme, for example creating several accounts, buying products to sell on, or making dishonest returns or claims. In these cases we may also remove points and suspend or close your Rewards participation;
(d) when payment for an order is reversed, charged back or not received, we remove the points earned on that order.
6.2 We won’t otherwise reduce points you have fairly earned. If we adjust your balance under 6.1 we’ll tell you why within a reasonable time, and you can contact us at clientsupport@londonlovesbeauty.com if you think we’ve made a mistake.
7Changing, suspending or ending Rewards
7.1 We may change, suspend or withdraw the scheme, including the points needed for a gift, the gift list and the earning rules. We’ll only do this for a valid reason, for example changes in costs, stock or supplier availability, legal or regulatory requirements, or reasonable changes to the way we run our business.
7.2 We’ll normally give you at least 30 days’ notice of any change that’s not in your favour, by email and/or on our website. Changes in your favour (for example a lower threshold or new gifts) may apply straight away.
7.3 We may act immediately and without notice if we need to because of fraud, misuse, security problems or legal or regulatory reasons. Where we act immediately for legal or regulatory reasons, we’ll still give you a reasonable chance to use points you’ve already earned where we lawfully can.
7.4 If we end the scheme, we’ll give you notice as in 7.2. You’ll then have a final window of at least 30 days after the end date to choose a gift with the points you already have, if your balance has reached the threshold. After that window, unused points will be cancelled.
7.5 If we raise the number of points needed for a gift, points you’ve already earned stay in your account, and during the 30-day notice period you can still redeem at the old threshold.
8.1 If you close your account, any unused points are cancelled. If we close your account for a reason other than fraud or misuse, we’ll give you 30 days to use any points that have reached the threshold.
8.2 We use your order and account data to run the scheme, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8.3 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
