LLB e-gift card terms

1. What an LLB e-gift card is

An LLB e-gift card is a digital gift card for londonlovesbeauty.com. It is sent by email with a unique code. You can choose any value from £10 to £250.

London Loves Beauty is an independent personal shopping and purchasing service. Every product we buy for you is bought new and unopened, in the brand's original packaging.

2. UK only

LLB e-gift cards can currently be bought and used in the UK only. You need a UK billing address to buy one, and the order you spend it on must be delivered to a UK address. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man aren't included at the moment.

The price of a gift card includes UK VAT at 20%, so no VAT is added again to the part of an order the card pays for.

3. How to use it

Shop at londonlovesbeauty.com, then enter the code in the gift card or coupon box in your basket or at checkout.

Anyone with the code can use it, so please keep it safe.

It can pay for products and delivery. If your order costs more than the card, pay the rest by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

You don't have to spend it all at once. Any balance stays on the card for next time.

A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card.

4. How long it lasts

Your e-gift card is valid for 24 months from the day it is delivered. The expiry date is shown in the gift card email and in our balance checker.

Any balance left after the expiry date can't be used.

5. Cash and change

Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, and no change is given, except for refunds under section 7. They can't be topped up or sold on.

6. Delivery

We email the gift card as soon as the order is confirmed, or at 7am UK time on the date you choose.

Please make sure the email address is right. If it doesn't arrive, ask the recipient to check their junk folder, then contact us.

7. Lost cards

Please keep your code safe and treat it like cash. Anyone with the code can use it. If you lose the email, contact us and we'll resend it to the address it was sent to. If you think your code has been lost or stolen, tell us straight away and we'll freeze any balance that hasn't been spent and send you a new code for it. We can't replace a balance that was spent before you told us, unless it was our fault.

8. Changing your mind

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of buying a gift card and we'll refund it in full to your original payment method within 14 days, as long as it hasn't been used. If you return something you paid for with a gift card, we'll refund that amount to a gift card. If the original card has expired or has less than 3 months left, we'll send you a new gift card for that amount, valid for 12 months.

9. Points

Buying a gift card doesn't earn reward points. Points are earned when the gift card is spent, as long as you are signed in to your account.
