Order Processing Times

Due to us being a very small company our processing time can be between 3 to 7 working days dependant on a number of factors such as enhanced health and safety measures, busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

We thank you in advance for your patience should this be the case.

In addition processing of certain orders may take extra time due to stock control. We hold stock of the vast majority of items we sell but not all. This can be for a variety of different reasons such as certain brands / items have to be purchased as a personal importation only, certain brands will not allow us to keep stock, certain products maybe extremely limited, certain products may have short use by dates and thus us not keep stock ensures you get the freshest products available, or for the fact that we are a very small company and simply cannot afford to keep stocks of every product.

Should a product be ordered that is no longer available then we will first try to locate the item, if this fails then we will notify you and give the option of a full refund or a substitute item if available.
