Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. This is because many of the products available through our service are sourced specifically at the customer’s request on a buy-to-order basis, and once procurement begins, we are unable to reverse the sourcing process.

If you are an EU customer and request a refund for an order within the permitted cancellation window, a £1 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is charged to us by our EU payment service provider when processing refunds and is not imposed by London Loves Beauty.
