MakeupboxLDN was created in 2015 by a London based professional makeup artist.  From years of working in the makeup industry, Emily would always find her hands covered in makeup be the end of a sessions, whether it would be a photoshoot or a personalised look for a client. At the end of the day Emily would return home to friends and family who would always ask “what is that on your hand?” It was her trusting go to long wear foundation or a favourite stay all day gel liner, after getting the look to perfection which was difficult to remove.

That’s when the genius idea of the Makeup Hand Palette came about, Emily sought to find a way to prevent her hands being covered in makeup stains. The Makeup Hand Palette has since been a staple in MUA`s and beauty lovers makeup bags. Used to hygienically mix and transfer makeup without cross contamination.
