While we always strive to accommodate our clients, order amendments may not always be possible. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, London Loves Beauty operates as a personal shopping service, with each order placed especially for you. For this reason, we are only able to cancel or amend orders within 24 hours of placement.

Once 24 hours have passed, we’re sadly unable to make changes or cancellations. We encourage clients to review their orders carefully and contact us promptly so we can assist you with any requests.
