This website is operated by London Beauty Company Ltd T/A London Loves Beauty (LLB). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to London Loves Beauty. London Loves Beauty offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Please Note:
All products on this website are 100% genuine, purchased either straight from the manufacturer / brand owners or via official distributors, either directly or by way of 3rd party.

To avoid consumer confusion many brands we sell we are not directly affiliated or connected with, if we are direct with a company we will clearly state this on the products themselves or on our social media channels. We do not and never have/will state we are a direct distributor/affiliated with and or connected with a brand that we are not direct with. If you are unsure in anyway as to our status with a particular brand please reach out to us for clarification.
All VAT charges are included in our pricing you pay at checkout, however certain brands and or products may be purchased by you the customer on a Personal Importation basis, from their country of origin etc, if this is the case we will act as your agent to arrange the personal importation, sale and delivery of your products and take a modest commission for this service (which is included in the price of the product).
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you are stating there is no confusion on this matter.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

No part of this website may be reproduced in whole or in part, inc but not limited to the taking of screenshots, in any manner without the prior consent, in writing, of London Beauty Company Ltd.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We hold stock of the vast majority of items we sell but not all. This can be for a variety of different reasons such as certain brands/items have to be purchased as a personal importation only, certain brands will not allow us to keep stock, certain products may be extremely limited, certain products may have a short use-by date and thus us not keep stock ensures you get the freshest products available, or for the fact that we are a very small company and simply cannot afford to keep stocks of every product.

Should a product be ordered that is no longer available then we will first try to locate the item, if this fails then we will notify you and give the option of a full refund or a substitute item if available.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION & DISCOUNT COUPON USAGE

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

UK orders have VAT applied at checkout at a rate of 20%.

EU orders will have VAT charges only prepaid by us prior to shipping at a rate of 21% (Netherlands rate as this is country of import for us). London Beauty Company Ltd T/A London Loves Beauty (LLB) will not cover any additional charges that may at this time or in the future become payable if in doubt we suggest contacting your local Customs office to obtain further information.

By law, you have Fourteen (14) calendar days to cancel an order and get a refund once you have received your goods, for any reason, excluding any products sold by us that do not have a seal or contain liquid (such as, but not limited to: liquid lipsticks, liquid Foundations, face/body serums etc) where they have no factory seals to break when opening. These products are not returnable due to hygiene concerns. You must contact us first to have your return approved.
Should an item arrived faulty or damaged you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issues, you then have a further 7 days to return the faulty/damaged item(s). All faulty/damaged returns must have all packaging including the delivery packaging for inspection by courier and postal service, failure to not have ALL original packaging will result in any claim being rejected.
Upon delivery of your order should any items be missing please contact us for further information. All packaging MUST be kept until we advise you otherwise, failure to not have ALL original packaging will result in any claims being rejected.

London Loves Beauty will pay only 1st or 2nd class standard postage should you wish to use your own shipping methods. No return postage shall be refunded for returns other than faulty or incorrect items. We will not cover any other shipping services such as recorded or special delivery, should you wish to send back by these services. These charges are borne by you (the customer).

If you wish to return an item it must be unused and in the exact same, factory sealed condition that you received it. We offer exchanges or credit vouchers only for items that are not damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Should an order not arrive you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to claim for none delivery, after this time we are unable to offer any refunds, replacements or credit.

By placing an order on our website you agree that London Loves Beauty will not be held liable should an allergic reaction take place when using any product purchased off this site. We are unable to process returns or refunds for any allergic reactions encountered by using any product on this site. However, we do take matters of allergic reactions very seriously and ask that you advise us of which product has caused this so we may investigate further. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning none faulty items. Our shipping costs to you for none faulty items are non-refundable.

For any EU orders that are undelivered and are returned to us, there will be no refund of VAT / Duty charges or shipping fees paid at the time of placing the order. It will be your responsibility to seek a refund of any import charges from your countries collecting agency. We strongly recommend double-checking the delivery address entered and that you will be in to accept delivery when made as we take no liability for this and changes cannot be made after orders are placed.

For any UK orders that are undelivered and are returned to us a fee of £5.00 will be payable, this will be deducted off any refunds issued or will be payable if orders are to be re-posted, this charge is in addition to the shipping fees which will need to be charged again.

When we issue discount coupons for either a % off your order or a flat £ amount off just enter the code given at checkout and your total payable will reflect this discount. Please note any ineligible items will not have any discount taken off them. Be sure to note on a product specification page any exclusions to discounts.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and thus placing an order with us you agree to fully read the contents of products once you take delivery and before use. Should any allergic reactions take place you agree that LONDONBEAUTYCOMPANY LTD T/A London Loves Beauty will not be held accountable under any circumstances.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless London Loves Beauty and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

All transit times are from the point orders change to a shipped status.

If your order is made up of a combination of items they may be delivered separately so you will receive them as soon as possible.

For UK customers wishing to return items please contact us for further details, via the contact form or our Live Chat service.   

When purchasing off us we are deemed as an online "Distance" seller which means we have legal obligations to our UK & EU customers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

By law you have Fourteen (14) calendar days to cancel an order and get a refund once you have received your goods, for any reason, excluding any products sold by us that do not have a seal or contain liquid (such as liquid lipsticks) where they have no factory seals to break when opening, these products are not returnable due to hygiene concerns.

Once you have advised us you wish to return an order you have 14 days for the item to reach us, we must then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Customers also have 30 days from the date they purchased to claim a refund for a faulty item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original factory sealed packaging.

For UK customer returns can be via your own courier method such as Royal Mail etc or using the Collect+ label provided if your return is approved. Please note we shall only refund standard service shipping costs, we do not refund for additional services chosen such as Recorded or Special Delivery.

Should your return be refused upon arrival back with us a charge of £5.00 will be due plus postage costs to return the item to you.

For our UK customers only, to begin the returns process, of damaged or  incorrectly sent items please go to our returns centre located here

For all other returns please email us at returns@londonlovesbeauty.com stating your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange/credit.
If you are approved, then your refund/exchange/credit will be processed. Any refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method/card only, we are unable to refund to a different card, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by clicking here

Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning none faulty items. Shipping costs for none faulty items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you choose to return items using your own courier method and not using the Collect+ label provided by us (UK customers only), then be sure to obtain a proof of posting in case a return fails to arrive back with us you will have to claim against the shipping courier used to return the item to us.
